- Market risk measurement: experts in the legal assessment of emerging market risk measurement, compiling key risk indicators and control mechanisms, together with dashboard reports. In addition, we conduct legal due diligence and new product approval opinions on the roll out of retail and business banking products, and risk management products in the sales and treasury space
- Derivative transactions – we review and tailor ISDA documentation including but not limited to tailoring derivative documentation for foreign exchange, equity and equity index swaps, total return swaps, swaptions and cash equity trades. We have worked extensively with global master agreements in the financial markets space, including GMRA, GMSLA and ISLA
